is looking for a

Marketing Project Manager

to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and will be expected to be onsite 3 days a week, Tuesday through Thursday, in their Culver City office.Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing prioritiesWork collaboratively with all cross-functional departments within Services MarketingGain alignment between Growth, Media, Email, Platform, Editorial, the Business and Marketing on marketing initiativesMaintain alignment on changing scope and ensuring accurate timelinesMeeting coordination and ensuring all vital parties are involvedMaintenance and distribution of weekly project status meetings of priority projectsPartner cross-functionally to find opportunities to optimize workflowsOwn road maps, project scope, creative review trackers and production schedulesUnderstand key players to make strategic decisions about who needs to know what (inclusion with discretion)Taking meeting notes and distilling for clarity and attendancePartnering with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignmentOwning, maintaining and updating master timelines and trackersCollaborating with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocolMarketing Project Manager Qualifications:At least 5-7 years of working experience as a project manager, program manager or operations managementExcellent communicator and ability to work with all levels of managementOrganized, excellent task-tracking experience, and acute attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and deadline driven environmentProven track record of meeting timelines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressurePassion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practicesOutstanding worth ethic, discreet and trustworthyDirect experience handling critical and confidential information with integrityConfident in making complicated decisions when needed, and able to explain reasoningAble to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiouslyOverall ability to understand and retain new information quicklyExperience in project management tools such as AirTable, Quip, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft or similar platforms; as well as Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote and ExcelEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
