Product Owner - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Chubb is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Marketing Technology Product Owner

to join the Global Digital MarTech Delivery team! This role is pivotal in spearheading MarTech delivery efforts on behalf of our Marketing Strategy stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and be adept at client-facing interactions with technical developers and executive leadership.

This role reports to the AVP, Digital MarTech Delivery Lead, and operates on a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote) reporting to Exchange Place, Jersey City, NJ. Occasional travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering

Champion the requirements-gathering process for marketing automation projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the MarTech development team.Knowledgeable in Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to streamline requirements gathering - informing Marketing stakeholders of technical optimizations to mitigate risk and increase ROI of SFMC.Campaign Development and Execution

Develop and maintain a strategy including clear objectives, and a roadmap to deliver the strategyWork closely with respective channel teams to coordinate the development and execution of capabilities that support marketing campaigns.Ensure that all deliverables align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.Project Management

Operate within an Agile project management framework, co-championing responsibilities like:Managing the development team backlog.Collaborating with Business Analysts and Solution Architect to create JIRA Epics and Stories based on requirements scope.Participate and co-host in Sprint Planning and Retrospective sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Foster strong relationships with Technology and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.MarTech Delivery team ambassador across the global markets.

Client-facing and Reporting

Engage with leadership team members to provide updates and status reports on key programs.Present progress, challenges, and solutions in a clear and professional manner.Leveraging SQL and analytics skills to continuously measure the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns, providing thought leadership and learnings.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various studios and builders (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Intelligence Reports)

Proven experience in product management, including the ability to work cross-functionally to define product strategy and roadmap.

Experience writing SQL queries for custom reporting

Experience working in an Agile project management methodology environment

Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant

Experience with JIRA for project management and issue tracking

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Superb communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

The pay range for the role is $92,500 to $158,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
