The Opportunity:

Your role at Sephora:

As an Assistant Marketing Manager for Display and Paid Search, you will support the strategy and execution of Sephora's North America (US & CA) Display and Paid Search channel performance and key relationships. This role involves partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results that are highly visible and critical to new customer acquisition, online sales, offline sales, and traffic for the business.

Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day execution of Paid Search and Display campaigns, ensuring best-in-class execution in conjunction with agency partners and with support from the ManagerAssist with developing Paid Search & Programmatic Display program channel strategy, execution, and optimization recommendationsOwn billing and invoicing process with Sephora Finance and Agency teamsOwn weekly channel reporting to key stakeholdersLead audience and management creative management with internal and external stakeholdersSupport the Manager in optimizing the program within budget goals, working closely with Media Investment and Marketing Effectiveness teams on budget allocation and performanceWe would love to hear from you if you meet the following:

Experience in Paid Search or Programmatic Display management across strategy, bidding, and best practices, either in-house or at an agency.Understanding of performance KPIs and how to optimize campaigns towards online/offline sales and new client goals.Experience or exposure to the Google Marketing Stack, especially Google Ads, DV360, and SA360.Comfort in a culture of testing and agility.High proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), particularly Excel.Comfort with limited weekend promo coverage (1-2 hours, twice annually).Openness to limited optional travel (1-2 times annually).The annual base salary range for this position is $71,145.00 - $94,620.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
