In partnership with the Senior Director, Leadership Councils, develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive direct sales of Leadership Council memberships.Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential consumers, create targeted content, and drive membership sales.Craft personalized communication strategies to effectively reach and persuade potential consumers through one-to-one channels.Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and behaviors in relation to membership offerings.Execute marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment and reach sales targets.Collaborate with other internal teams to identify opportunities for consumer engagement and membership sales.Track and report key performance metrics related to membership sales and marketing efforts.Proven experience in marketing and direct sales, particularly in selling memberships or subscription services.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies to drive direct consumer sales.Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with consumers on a one-to-one basis.Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.Strong MS Office Product and Web based communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
