We are a pioneer and leader in genomic research, and we are committed to advancing the science of personalized medicine as we refine and develop more products to address unmet medical needs.The Product Marketing Manager-Genomic Portfolio will be a marketing strategist and subject matter expert for the Genomic product category within the Oncology business unit. Reporting directly to the Marketing Sr. Manager, Genomic, this individual will support the financial performance and portfolio strategy for the Genomic business, while identifying and driving expansion opportunities in close partnership with sales, product development, enterprise marketing, and clinical. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans for the Genomic business that enhances customer value and engagement, increases market competitiveness, and drives product line revenue growth. At Myriad Genetics, our future is yours to create.ResponsibilityPartner to build marketing strategy that drives paired testing and full Oncology portfolioCreate product content strategy to engage with key target audiences (oncologists and surgeons) to build brand awareness/drive messagingSupport VOC and market research to understand customer needsCollaborate with sales, clinical, and product to achieve mutually beneficial goalsPartner with omnichannel and sales enablement to ensure we achieve shared revenue/KPI targetsUnderstand product and service offerings of key competitors; communicate product and service differentiations to sales and provide input to senior leadership

QualificationsBachelor's degree in genetics, biology, or related sciences, or marketing with experience in biotech, healthcare, or adjacent products/industry required3-5+ years professional product (brand) marketing experience with 1+ in healthcare, pharma, or biosciencesMarketing experience in oncology space preferredExperience in developing marketing strategy and content for oncologists and oncology healthcare providers requiredMust have experience developing clinical marketing contentGenomic product launch experience preferred; experience launching clinical products in medical device, biotechnology, or pharma will be consideredExperience working closely with sales organizationAbility to collaborate and communicate cross-functionallyAbility to lead team meeting and receive buy-in from all levels of stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects with varying priorities at one timeAble to translate complex information into integrated marketing strategies that resonate with key audiences10-15% travel required
