Title: Studio Manager- Greenwich, CT

Reports to: Regional Sales & Operations Manager

Employment Status: Part Time- 25-30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Achieve company established goals with a business owner mindset and emphasis on profitability and marginsStrategically drive revenue growth by implementing targeted sales initiatives, fostering client acquisition, loyalty, and positive experiencesDemonstrate a steadfast commitment to "The Ask" sales process, fostering an internal culture that proactively engages with clients, encouraging and optimizing opportunities for purchases through personalized interactionsCollaboration with the Marketing Department on strategic sales initiativesStaff Management:

Lead, inspire, and drive a high-performing team, foster a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to SLT's values and excellence in generalProvide ongoing, constructive feedback to SLTeam members, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievementsSupervise client services team members engaging in product and retail sales, facilities, and customer service needsOversee the training of new SLTeam members and promoting a positive work cultureOperations:

Uphold and elevate the cleanliness and maintenance standards aligning with SLT's commitment to excellence and client experienceOversee the day-to-day operations of the Greenwich studioEnsure studio revenue, occupancy and first visit goals are met each monthAid in private session bookingReceive, process and manage display of all retail merchandiseComplete monthly merchandise inventoryManage inventory of studio suppliesPerform bi-weekly machine maintenance; report and deal with issuesProcess client purchasesManage studio communications including email, phone calls, and calendar planningHandle any noise complaints or building issuesOwn relationship with all outside vendors including landlord, cleaning company, and maintenance teamClient Experience:

Encourage and gather feedback, resolving client inquiries and issuesManage and attend to all client booking requests and concernsTrack and analyze customer feedback trends to inform strategic decisions and improvementsMarketing:

Collaborate with Marketing Department to develop studio-specific outreach and growth strategies and partner with managers on executionConduct community outreach to build strong local relationshipsDrive acquisition and retention for the studio in collaboration with with Regional Manager & MarketingEnsure studio team is delivering a consistent and welcoming new client experienceManage in studio execution of marketing initiatives and promotionsMaintain updated in-studio messaging incl. signs, community boards + instructor announcementsDevelop local initiatives to drive studio utilization and trial alongside the Regional Manager and MarketingBuild studio community through client relationships, loyalty program and new client experienceCoordinate curated classes including fundraising and donated classesRepresent the SLT brand inside the studio and in the communityQualifications:

Management experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness or retail industry a plusSelf-starter with strong managerial and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and think and react quicklyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCritical thinking skills are a mustWork Requirements:

Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidaysPhysical capability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbsHandling inventories and occasional blackout dates may apply
