We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our dynamic team of creative minds who can shape and enhance the user experience of our websites and app! In this role, you will create visually engaging, innovative, and functional ideas, layouts, and graphics. This person would be involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives through our online presence.Responsibilities:Design creative assets for web including, but not limited to, email newsletters and website bannersTranslate campaign requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engagingDevelop prototypes to integrate branding and various products to online platforms, including websites and the appTranslate user research findings into design decisions; compile user research into presentation decksContribute to brainstorming and the development of concepts by presenting clear ideas and designs of creative assetsWork with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experienceCreating and presenting concepts for new products and campaigns (mood boards, sketches, mockups)Collaborate with Design Supervisor and Art Directors, as well as Brand Marketing, to execute and implement new ideas for product launches and marketing campaignsAchieve high-quality design that accurately reflects our brand, audience, market and culture with a quick turnaroundRequirements:Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar2-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or visual designer1-3 years of experience working on website and/or app UIPortfolio of work with a wide range of relevant creative projects (Must include web and/or app-related projects such as UI/UX flow, research, style guides, etc.)Required intermediate knowledge using Figma; skillful experience creating a UIPreferred basic experience in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D design programsWell-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Experience working in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Experience and proficiency in understanding of building responsive website designsRequired knowledge of user experience flows for interactive compositionsKnowledge of HTML/CSS coding and working on live websitesExperience with motion graphics and animation is a plusUnderstanding to create balanced composition of typography, illustration, and photography
