You will utilize email campaigns to improve customer retention and drive business growth.Email Marketing Manager ResponsibilitiesManage and build out email programs, including lifecycle emails, drip campaigns, and flows targeted toward new and existing customers at different stages of the buyer's journeyWork with creative team to build campaigns from start to finish incorporating enticing copy and eye-catching design geared towards different personasAnalyze and improve email performance by tracking and updating metrics and making data-driven decisionsWork cross-functionally with data and business teams to develop long-term KPI goalsMaintain clean lists by regularly scrubbing dataOwn email marketing calendarEmail Marketing Qualifications:4+ years of experience in email marketingExperience with Marketo, HubSpot, MailChimp or CRM softwareFoundational understanding and knowledge of HTML and CSSUnderstanding of cross-channel communicationExcellent time management and scheduling skillsAbility to write advanced email copyExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)
