Meijer - Rivertown Market is seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our store's success.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy, shaping the voice and tone of our store across various channels. The Marketing Manager is responsible for all Marketing Elements of the Market Format store, including, but not limited to: building and executing marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels, creating community partnerships, in-store events, and community + customer communication. Our ideal candidate will have the 3 years or more with the below experience:

- Current/Past experience using Adobe Creative Suite- Social Media Platforms: Tik Tok / Facebook / Instagram- Project Management Software: Monday / Sprout (plus)- Photography / Videography- Current/Past Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design (Plus)

.What You'll be Doing:Develops marketing/advertising strategy that is both in-line with the Market Format "Marketing Roadmap" and unique to each marketplace, including but not limited to:Driving store tone, messaging, and voice across Marketing channels including website content creation and maintenanceDeveloping and maintaining store-specific calendars reflecting a hyperlocal focus highlighting strategy and executionStrategizing, creating content, and executing digital ad campaigns on the Facebook and Google ad networksManaging and reporting a period-by-period and yearly marketing budgetCoordinating responses to all digital inquiries, comments, and concerns with assistance of store management teamLeading the art direction of store signing packages to accent store design, product, and item/price offerings, utilizing team member talent and in partnership with Area LeadsOversee store signage creation and themed event planning using social media and print media to promote themes (i.e. Rose Fair Friday, Sushi Wednesday, etc.)Leading execution of store marketing events through coordination of store resources and community partnersDesign, develop, and execute social media marketing strategy across multiple channels and with an understanding of customer persona, demographics, tone, and message with the goal of highlighting product offerings, seasonal items, and in-store eventsStrategic Planning + working with team to identify opportunities within product offering to promotePhotographyWriting CopyDigital Placement and geotargetingAnalysis & ReportingDevelops local partnerships alongside Store Manager and store leadership team to be present, active, and visible in the community, promote the market format storeActively participating in the community through giving (donations, fundraising, etc.)Promotes relevant store events to include creating imagery, writing content, taking photos, digital event advertising and geotargeting of ads and placements of relevant department/product events (I.e. Seafood Roadshow, Frozen Food Month, Gluten-Free Month, etc.)Oversees event planning with local vendors and charitable organizations including both in- and out-of-store promotions and eventsTemplated Graphic Design work, including:Localizing templated seasonal product flyer, working with Area Leads and Management to finalize product pricing and local product advertisingCreation of community flyers, mailers, couponsNegotiating and contracting printing workEngages with store team in a leadership role through participation in team huddles, store communications, and community partnershipsThis job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; may perform other duties as assigned or requiredWhat You Bring with You (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field requiredMinimum 2-3 years of Marketing experience in retail preferred, emphasis on social media and digital marketing channelsExperience in developing seasonal and regional marketing strategies, brand building, community relationships preferredExperience with Photography and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
