This person would focus specifically on our holistic offer and discount strategy across the entire portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision, business acumen, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and go to market launch experience - having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments crafted to move with velocity.Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and drive the execution of the 1-year plan for the product offers and discount strategy with an eye toward 2- and 3-year impactsLeverage customer insights, analytics, and finance to identify and unlock new offer or discount opportunities that allow us to better serve our customers while meeting our business objectivesChampion offer strategy across the organization to ensure we're applying the right level of strategic rigor in decision making in a highly competitive categoryDevelop clear messaging and creative briefs that translate customer insights into impactful benefits and reasons to believe all the way from advertising to on site and through the product experienceEvaluate creative execution and provide constructive feedback to design teams in both advertising and through the end-to-end customer experienceWork cross-functionally across marketing, product, customer success teams to influence end to end customer experience and ensure delivery of key milestonesEstablish metrics for success, inform and interpret results and drive recommendations for improvements with velocityOwn the business outcomes for your specific marketing programs, connect them to overall business performanceLeverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes
