Marketing Manager

LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for our client in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of marketing experience preferably in the real estate or adjacent industries. This is an onsite role in the Dallas, TX area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support sales and company growth
Manage day-to-day marketing activities including digital, print, social media, and event-based marketing
Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and target audience
Leverage HubSpot to manage customer journeys, marketing campaigns, email marketing, and lead nurturing
Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and report performance to senior management
Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing materials that support sales goals
Manage vendor relationships, including agencies, photographers, and content creators
Plan and execute promotional events, model home tours, and community outreach efforts.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities within the real estate and similar industries
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
Real estate or similar industry experience highly preferred
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite at our clients office in the Dallas area

Pay Details:
$70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
