Event Marketing Manager .

This is a full-time, remote position with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Experience in the pharma/biotech industry is a plus.As the Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing both in-person and virtual pharma/biotech webinars, meetings, and trade shows/conferences that Amplity Health attends or sponsors. You will also help plan and deliver internal all-company meetings. The role includes setting up and overseeing event logistics, managing budgets, coordinating with external vendors, managing speaking submissions, and analyzing sponsorship opportunities to enhance the company's position in the market.

You will have strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to lead events that maximize client engagement. You will also have a creative flair and understand the importance of digital marketing. This is a high-visibility position that will require someone who can confidently "run with it," isn't afraid to ask questions, and loves creating processes. You'll be the go-to person for everything trade show and conference-related. The potential for this position is enormous, and you will bring passion, experience, and a great attitude. This role reports to a Senior Director of Content Marketing but requires a self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:Event Strategy, Planning, and Execution:Develop up-front event strategies to ensure that Amplity's webinars, events, and trade shows/conferences that the company sponsors/attends align with company goals and branding objectivesAnalyze event and sponsorship potential to assess the benefits for company positioning and client engagementLead the planning, budgeting, and logistical coordination for selected pharma/biotech trade shows and conferences such as ASCO and LTENCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, including working with senior leaders to finalize employee attendeesOversee event/booth setup, on-site management, and post-event analysisPlan and execute trade show and conference related social events, including networking dinners, receptions, interactive experiences, to help drive leads and deepen customer relationshipsManage multiple aspects of live and virtual educational and thought leadership centric events. If necessary, this may involve coordinating with continuing education providers and/or securing speakersAssure metrics are captured before, during, and after an event and are successfully integrated into our CRM system (SFDC) to maximize customer understanding and reduce unnecessary data entryWork with all speakers, event attendees, and trade show/conference organizers to assure conference expenses are tracked and paid in a timely mannerCoordinate the creation of project codes and assure proper reconciliations and tracking of event-related expenses in with the finance teamLead Generation and Conversion:Develop and deliver event-related lead generation strategies and tactics for conferences, including the writing of social media posts, pre-event marketing campaigns, on-site lead capture, and post-event follow-upCreate, track, and analyze event performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement, ensuring all campaigns and member engagement is captured in real time using Amplity's CRM infrastructureImplement lead nurturing programs to convert event attendees into loyal customersVendor Management:Work closely with external vendors, including conference coordinators, booth managers, event services providers, and hotelsManage relationships with conference faculty, other co-presenters, and sponsorsAssure delivery and pick-up of all event materialsStock, manage, and analyze the Amplity company store for the selection and delivery of branded items for general or specific recognition programs, client workshops and meetings, conference attendance, and employee relations, e.g. sending welcome kits to new employees. Work closely with our human resources team and the Office of the CEO to set up and maintain the store. Evaluate potential vendors, and monitor their contracts and performance.Additional Responsibilities:Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event materials, including booth build outs, back drops, emails, presentations, and other collateralSupport the larger corporate marketing team, and particularly the content directors, in producing written give-away material, e.g. sell sheets, place matsCoordinate video production of in-booth assetsBachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or a related fieldRequired: At least 3 years hands-on
