If you have a passion for music and digital marketing, we want to hear from you!Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our digital product managers. This role will involve developing, executing, and maintaining digital marketing campaigns for our diverse artist roster, ensuring that their music reaches fans far and wide.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with digital product managers to create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for assigned artists. Assist in the creation and execution of online advertising campaigns, including detailed post-campaign ad reports. Manage artist accounts and logins across the specified roster using the *** password management tool. Track relevant artist anniversaries, holidays, and events to inspire creative campaign brainstorming. Oversee social media, website, and link optimizations, including verifications, sound management, boosts, Beacons, and Linkfire. Handle internal and external content requests, uploads, and asset management, such as video cutdowns, banners, and GIFs. Act as the primary liaison with the *** college team to launch exciting initiatives for singles, videos, and albums. Collaborate with third parties to develop interactive pages, filters, and AR/VR content. Ensure that partner pages are updated with current links, videos, bios, and imagery. Analyze performance trends across partner platforms and provide actionable recommendations to artist teams. Create engaging presentation decks and documents for campaigns, promotions, and company pitches. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new label initiatives and platforms. Work cross-departmentally to activate various company and brand initiatives. Pull analytics and social data for post-campaign reports on brand partnerships. Oversee data acquisition campaigns, uploads, and procurement strategies for maximum impact. Manage content for *** Nashville and specified artist websites as required. Assist in the weekly creation and distribution of the *** Nashville newsletter and SMS messaging. Support marketing efforts for *** Nashville merchandise and artist e-commerce websites. Help maintain growth strategies for email lists, CRM, and SMS campaigns. Coordinate meetings and correspondence with internal teams, partners, and influencers. Facilitate Statements of Work (SOW) and contracts for third-party agencies and influencers. Liaise with the research and reporting department to track analytics. Process department invoices and expense reports as the main point of contact with accounts payable. Coordinate travel and communication with artists, contest winners, and staff as needed. Manage ticket requests from influencers and contest winners via the *** ticket portal. Develop innovative distribution strategies and long-term goals to navigate challenges and competition. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications: College degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite; graphic design skills are a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to execute projects with limited supervision. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
