Marketing Data Analyst
who excels at transforming complex data into actionable marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in harnessing the power of big data, machine learning, and predictive analytics to drive marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement advanced analytics models using machine learning and AI techniques to predict customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns Utilize big data technologies to process and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources Design and conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve marketing performance continuously Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into marketing strategies and decision-making processes Implement and manage marketing attribution models to assess the impact of various marketing channels Stay current with emerging trends in marketing analytics, data science, and AI to drive innovation in our analytical approaches Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science roles Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform) Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Excellent data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in marketing Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Preferred Skills:
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques and predictive modeling Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data analytics
