Reporting into the VP of eCommerce. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for optimizing the user experience, ensuring that customers have a smooth, enjoyable journey as they interact with our online stores, apps, and other digital touchpoints. The UI/UX Designer will also handle the following:Develop clean, elegant, and user-centered designs for websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces, reflecting the brand's identity and user needs.Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that illustrate functional design concepts and interactions.Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and performance.Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategies with business goals and technical constraints.ProfileThe successful UI/UX Designer would have the following experience:3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sector.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Job OfferCompetitive compensation, 4x days on-site in the NYC office!MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
