Essential Skills : • 5+ years' experience in graphic design, with emphasis on experience in journalism, marketing, UX/UI design, or change management • A strong portfolio of past work that showcases your creative process and strategy • Strong conceptualization and visual communication capabilities• Proven ability to translate insights into designs through a variety of techniques • Superior skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools along with Office365• Self-directed, energetic, and collaborative workstyle across local and remote teams• Ability to work within both well-defined requirements or with ambiguity and flexibility• Understanding of the digital media landscape and content platforms• History of skilled writing, with corporate or B2B writing a plus• Highly organized and meticulous workstyle• Genuine, mature personality, that encourages and provides constructive feedback• Experience with animation or video production/editing a plus
