UI/UX Designer - Senior Job DetailsOur team is responsible for designing software across desktop and responsive mobile platforms, focusing on creating tools and experiences that enable users to achieve their financial objectives. You will facilitate collaborative design sessions, lead design reviews, and create design solutions that consider all aspects of the advisor experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, translating established patterns and design systems into effective solutions. This role requires setting expectations, managing design schedules, and maintaining high standards while supporting research efforts and promoting process improvements.
UI/UX Designer - Senior Mandatory Skills- Expertise in foundational UX principles- Experience executing high-fidelity design- Documentation/project tracking experience (Confluence, Jira)- 6+ years of rich interaction design focused on digital products- Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Mural, InVision- Experience with user-centered interaction design processes, including user research, user flows, wireframes, usability tests, and annotated design specifications- Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
