Key Responsibilities:

Craft engaging promotional content (both short and long form) for our new and existing Content Library to encourage app installations.

Utilize a strong grasp of pop culture references and tropes to create captivating promos.

Curate and summarize content from popular social media platforms into concise snippets.

Develop scripts for video promos and trailers that effectively convey the intended message.

Analyze the performance of written promos to gain insights into user behavior.

Refine scripts and generate new variations based on data-driven insights from Facebook ads

Use data to generate creative iterations

Report to the Creative Lead, providing timely updates and action items.

Maintain organized records of work using process templates.

Participate in the promo production testing phase, offering feedback on voice overs, sound design, and visuals.

Conduct research to understand audience preferences, trends, competitor strategies, and creative techniques to enhance content

Proven experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, or promotional writing, especially in dynamic and iterative environments.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with writing, content creation, performance marketing, video production or media, branded content, or advertising.

Strong background in marketing-based writing, capable of crafting compelling stories for digital tabloids, entertainment magazines, YouTube content, and digital marketing campaigns.

Proven experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, or promotional writing, especially in dynamic and iterative environments.

Proficient in analyzing data, interpreting results, and making informed, data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate insights and recommendations.

Skilled in evaluating market performance data and tracking creative content performance, with experience using tools like Facebook Ads Manager to make data-driven adjustments.
