JPMorganChase is seeking someone proactive and detail-oriented to support change communications. You will bring a creative approach to communications and be ready to take on the challenge of supporting how we inform fellow employees about upcoming technology updates and changes.

Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.As an Employee-Facing Technology Products Communications Vice President, you will play a crucial role in developing, promoting, and executing excellent and cohesive communications materials in support of Global Technology's messaging and marketing activities for employee-facing technology products. In addition, you will create and support engagement plans for employee-facing technology education and awareness campaigns. Serving as the subject matter expert for corporate communications editorial and process best practices, you will create compelling stories, manage multiple projects, and make complex topics easily understood.

Job responsibilities:

Write, edit and distribute communications focused on employee product changes, updates or education/awareness campaigns.

Develop an approach for how we plan, prioritize, pilot, scale and measure change/actions that impact employee-facing technology.

Define and operationalize a change communications framework to lead a consistent, repeatable process.

Identify opportunities to modernize communications, make process improvements, enhance efficiencies, and identify and track key performance metrics to report on results.

Write in diverse styles and for various mediums - long form, short form, infographics, video, blogs, thought leadership op-eds, case studies, features, event reportage, executive scripts, creative campaign copy, etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

7+ years of overall communications experience required.

BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related degree.

Demonstrated success and direct experience developing enterprise-wide messages, providing communications counsel to senior leaders and executing cross-functional communication plans.

Ability to excel in a matrix environment, both as an individual contributor and as part of the larger Global Technology Communications team, by building relationships with colleagues at all levels, both in the organizations you support and with other communicators.

Ability to take complex concepts and deliver them into simple/digestible communications.

Organized self-starter, project manager and multi-tasker with a proven ability to track complex and overlapping milestones and manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines.

Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills, including partnering effectively with executives, peers and other functional groups across the company.

Additional multimedia/creative design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience in technology or financial services strongly preferred.
