Social Media Manager

will lead and drive our social media strategy for Caruso. This role will orchestrate the daily conversation across various social media platforms, spearheading the development, execution, and measurement of impactful social programs. The person will collaborate across teams to craft compelling and relevant content that resonates with Caruso guests and residents.

Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.Essential Functions:Lead the strategic direction of our corporate organic social media initiatives, showcasing the impact of social media on business outcomes.Establish and manage Caruso’s social channels, acting as a brand advocate within online communities and networks.Manage social media agency, ensuring alignment with brand voice and timely delivery of high-quality content.Cultivate and manage influencer relationships and strategic partnerships to amplify Caruso’s brand presence.Coordinate property photoshoots, managing logistics and schedules between property teams, tenants, social media agencies, and photographers.Ensure consistency in content quality and approach across all social channels.Utilize a blend of media metrics and business data to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies, monitoring corporate reputation and sentiment analysis to enhance the Caruso experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and engaging social media experience for colleagues, guests, and media.Minimum Required Qualifications:Proven ability to manage multifaceted campaigns, diverse strategies, and tactics while effectively managing time and resources.In-depth knowledge of PR/Marketing trends, pop culture, and a keen understanding of the fashion and retail industry.Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms.Strong collaborative and positive work approach, bringing energy and creativity to the role.Willingness to work non-office hours and weekends when necessary.Innovative thinker with a calm demeanor and a proactive, positive attitude.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in media/digital platforms, encompassing content creation, publishing, social graphic creation, and analytics, preferred.Caruso is an equal opportunity employer.
