We are seeking a talented Email Campaign Designer to join our marketing team and contribute to the visual storytelling of our brands.About the Position:

The Email Campaign Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent email designs that resonate with our diverse audiences. This role requires a creative professional who understands brand identity, can align designs with company goals, and confidently contributes ideas and suggestions.Responsibilities:Design and Develop Email Campaigns: Create compelling email templates and graphics for various campaigns across all three business units.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel that reflects each brand's identity.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to understand campaign objectives and audience needs.Innovate and Suggest Ideas: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.Multi-Project Management: Handle and prioritize multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all email designs to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimal rendering across various email clients and devices.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and email marketing best practices to continuously improve our email campaigns.Additional Digital Assets: Assist in designing digital assets for other platforms as needed, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in web or digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing email designs and other digital work.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is essential.Design Expertise: Strong understanding of good design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure all designs are polished and error-free.Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receptive to feedback.Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute innovative ideas to projects.
