As the largest supplier of human capital to the transportation industry, 160 plans to have 200 Commercial Driving Schools opened by 2026 and train over 50,000 drivers.About the Position:The Marketing Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with the company’s marketing strategy. These events may include trade shows, conferences, promotional events, and branch-level activations such as Open Houses, Ribbon Cutting, Touch a Truck Events, and Chamber of Commerce Events. The role involves managing all aspects of event logistics, working closely with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring that each event delivers maximum brand exposure and ROI.Responsibilities:Event Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute the company’s event strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.Research and identify key industry events, sponsorship opportunities, and conferences to drive brand visibility.

Event Coordination & Execution

Oversee the execution of events from start to finish, including pre-event planning, site-specific management, and post-event follow-up.Coordinate logistics such as venue registration, vendor management, hospitality elements, and promotional materials.

Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing team and creative designer to ensure event branding, messaging, and materials align with company objectives.Work with external partners to secure sponsorships or partnerships that enhance event visibility.Communicate with internal departments to align event objectives and ensure cross-department collaboration.

Budget Management

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events are executed within financial constraints.Analyze each cost associated with the event, from the initial registration to the final marketing materials.Provide detailed cost analysis from planning to execution, optimizing event ROI.

Metrics & Analysis

Monitor event performance using metrics such as attendance rates, engagement levels, and post-event feedback.Analyze the success of events and provide insights to improve future planning and execution.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field.3-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles.Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, under tight deadlines.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Experience in Digital Marketing, social media, and event promotion.Proficiency in the following platforms:
