Our mission is to engage deeply with key leaders and drive strategic growth by creating meaningful relationships and fostering collaboration at the highest levels.Overview:We are seeking a Program Manager, Global Executive Marketing to lead our efforts in developing and executing key cross-functional programs that engage C-suite executives globally. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic CXO engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment across global teams, and fostering strong relationships with top executives.As a Program Manager, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders across functions (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to define and execute on strategic growth initiatives. If you have a passion for engaging top-level executives and are ready to lead global initiatives with a focus on relationship-building and strategic alignment, we'd love to hear from you.In this role, you will...Lead cross-functional global programs focused on CXO engagement and strategic growthDevelop and manage program objectives, actively addressing risks and roadblocks to deliver successful outcomesDrive execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating resources, deliverables, and key milestonesCollaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure alignment and successful executive engagement strategiesConduct discovery research, including data analyses and executive interviews, to inform and optimize engagement strategiesCreate executive-level presentations, reports, and playbooks to summarize key findings, recommendations, and strategic initiativesProvide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on program progress and outcomesBuild and nurture strong relationships with key C-suite executives, aligning engagement efforts with the company’s long-term growth strategyEnsure the voice of the executive is reflected in company-wide strategic initiatives and growth planningQualifications We are looking for someone with:Minimum 8 years of professional technology industry work experience in a mix of program management, executive engagement, or a similar role at a technology company (preferably SaaS) or top-tier strategy consulting firmA proven track record of managing global, cross-functional programs focused on executive engagement or strategic growthExceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and personalitiesA strategic mindset with the ability to both focus on big-picture goals and dive into details when necessaryEntrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative high-growth environmentStrong presentation and negotiation skills for internal audiences and external interactions with the ability to inspire, engage, and build trust
