Responsibilities:

Thompson Restaurants

Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing and branding efforts for multiple restaurants within the portfolio. Top priorities are to drive brand awareness, plan enticing events and promotions, increase customer loyalty, and take the brands to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to create strong and consistent brand identities.

Define target audience for multiple brands.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Develop marketing calendar to include promotions, holidays, menu changes, and events.

Brand Identity Management:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.

Oversee creation and production of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, menus, and promotional materials.

Marketing Campaigns and Events:

Plan and execute creative and exciting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Monitor performance and analyze results.

Collaborate with operations and plan unique signature events.

Support Grand Openings by building community relationships and planning opening day activities.

Digital and Social Media Marketing:

Align the brand presence through website management and digital ads.

Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content.

Create robust CRM program to support multiple marketing strategies.

Manage brand photo shoots.

Manage individual brand loyalty programs.

Public Relations:

Manage relationships with local media and influencers to generate positive coverage.

Menu Innovation and Promotions:

Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales.

Monitor market trends and customer feedback.

Collaborate with culinary to identify opportunities for menu innovation.

Oversee menu design and edits.

Local Store Marketing:

Create marketing materials to support strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required.

3-5 years marketing experience (hospitality/restaurant industry a plus).

Proven success in building sales and brand awareness.

Ability to build strong community relationships.

Understanding of website and content creation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.

Experience with budget and time management.
