WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

The

Communications Consultant

plays a pivotal role in supporting sales, trade/business development, licensing, and brand experiences efforts at Hallmark. This individual is responsible for executing high-impact communication strategies designed to engage key retail partners, business stakeholders, and consumers, while enhancing brand positioning and fostering growth across diverse sales channels. The consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to create strategic messaging, develop engaging content, and craft materials that drive audience engagement. This role also ensures all communication initiatives align with Hallmark's broader business goals, positioning the brand for continued success in a competitive marketplace.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or related roles

Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience writing, editing, and storytelling

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling messaging for a variety of audiences

Strong project management skills, with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and tailoring communication strategies accordingly

Creative problem-solver, able to adapt communication strategies to meet changing business needs/goals

Experience with digital communication platforms, content management systems, and design tools is a plus
