Job Description:As a Marketing Assistant at Pattern Promotions, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns and strategies that enhance our clients’ visibility and engagement. You will work on multiple projects, from digital marketing initiatives to event coordination, making this an ideal role for someone with a passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Manage social media accounts and help create engaging content.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategies.
Collaborate with the design team on promotional materials.
Help coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing department.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus, but not required.
