All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.Description:On this team you will:Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas.Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization.Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals.Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline.Play an active role in improving how features are built and executed in the Apple Services Engineering organization.Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels.Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Services Engineering’s suite of features.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of program or technical project management, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle.Built global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners.Preferred Qualifications:Strong technical proficiency – Search and Recommendations experience is a huge plus.Knowledge of A/B testing.Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities.Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans.Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines.Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization.BS/BA Degree and/or MBA preferred.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
