Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager

plays a pivotal role in shaping the voice and presence of our brand. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, this dynamic position offers the chance to work on innovative digital campaigns that amplify the organization's awareness, drive donations, boost event registrations, and engage our supporters. You’ll be part of the creative force behind compelling content, using data-driven insights to optimize performance across social media and digital platforms. If you’re passionate about storytelling, strategic growth, and making an impact, this is your opportunity to take our digital engagement to the next level!Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:SOCIAL MEDIA: 60%Plan and execute social media strategy for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.Write copy, compile reels, and develop graphics.Coordinate with colleagues to share video and other assets and align campaigns across channels.Manage social media marketing to increase audience size.Execute social media fundraising campaigns with digital agency.Conduct outreach to other Jewish and scientific organizations to gain influencer exposure for ATS social posts.Closely monitor analytics to make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reporting on social media to the organization.Oversee social media paid advertising.ALUMNI CAMPAIGNS: 15%Participate in executing alumni communications strategy.EMAIL & WEBSITE: 15%Write copy for ATS newsletter based on social media posts.Create webpages for news articles linked from social media as needed.Provide backup support on email and website work as needed.GENERAL: 10%Support and manage ad hoc projects.SKILLS and STRENGTHSBachelor’s degree with 3-5 years in digital marketing, non-profits, or ad agencies required.Skills in copywriting, graphic design, video editing (iMovie/Premiere).Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress.Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Sprout Social, etc.Familiarity with email marketing, digital campaigns, cloud drives.Knowledge of project management (Monday.com) and ticketing systems.Strong teamwork, analytical, and client service skills.Ability to prioritize, maintain discretion, and work in high-demand settings.Passion for customer service and aligned with ATS mission.Working with ATSProfessional Growth at ATS
