Leveraging your expertise in instructional design principles, learning technologies, and project management, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality training materials that meet strategic business objectives. This position requires creativity, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of adult learning theories.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development and Evaluation:

Design innovative and interactive learning solutions, including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), simulations, videos, and other multimedia assets.

Develop instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments.

Specializes in storyline simulation, micro-learnings and video development.

Apply best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and accessibility standards to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Conduct formative and summative evaluations to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions and make data-driven refinements.

Project Management:

Lead the instructional design process from needs analysis through evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.

Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, stakeholders, developers, and LMS administrators, to deliver integrated learning solutions.

Provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Learning Technology Integration:

Leverage the learning management system (LMS), authoring tools, and other technologies to enhance learning delivery and interactivity.

Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning to continuously improve learning experiences.

Mentorship and Collaboration:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives, content scope, and instructional strategies for various learning initiatives.

Mentor and support instructional designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the instructional design team and across departments.

Education:

Experience:

Proven experience (5+ years) in instructional design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions.

Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practices.

Expertise in instructional design software (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) and learning management system (LMS).

Skills:

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.

Proficiency in Google Workplace, Microsoft and project management programs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
