We are looking for a self-motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team to play a crucial role in supporting our marketing automation projects, digital advertising, and website updates to optimize lead generation and the user experience. Responsibilities include nurturing customers, testing and analyzing campaigns, defining and targeting audience segments, orchestrating campaigns, creating landing pages, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, measuring and reporting on trends, and assessing against KPI goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation:

Utilize marketing automation software to create, schedule, and manage campaigns and analyze effectiveness.

Digital Marketing:

Utilize digital advertising platforms to create, optimize, manage, and analyze online B2B advertising including Google, LinkedIn, and other ad campaigns.

Website:

Support the team to ensure our web pages meet high standards of quality, performance, and user experience. Create, edit, proofread, and publish web content.

Workflow Orchestration:

Implement automated workflows for lead scoring, email campaigns, and customer engagement.

Data Analysis:

Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimization strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our designers, product marketing managers, and teams to execute marketing promotion initiatives.

What You Bring:

Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and content management systems (e.g., Oracle Eloqua, Drupal, Marketo, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEM Rush, Excel).

Analytical and strategic skills to analyze data and identify trends.

Basic understanding of marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

Natural curiosity and interest in analytical concepts and tools.

Solid PC skills including MS Office (Excel), Wrike, Eloqua, GA4, databases, and Google Ads.
