Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.We have a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing and Web Specialist to join our team Defense Solutions GroupWe are looking for a self-motivated digital marketing and web specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team to play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing automation projects, digital advertising, and website updates to optimize lead generation and the user experience, nurture customers, test and analyze campaigns and click-throughs, define and target audience segments, orchestrate campaigns, create landing pages, ensure compliance to data privacy laws and best practices, measure and report on trends, and assess against KPI goals. Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation software to create, schedule, and manage campaigns and analyze effectiveness. Digital Marketing: Utilize digital advertising platforms to create, optimize, manage, and analyze online B2B advertising including Google, LinkedIn, and other ad campaigns. Website: Ensure our web pages meet high standards of quality, performance, and user experience. Create, edit, proofread, and publish web content. Support backend performance optimization, SEO implementation, and technologies. Workflow Design/Campaign Orchestration: Design and implement automated workflows for lead scoring, email campaigns, and customer engagement. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimization strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with our designers, product marketing managers, and teams to execute marketing promotion initiatives.What You BringProficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and content management systems (e.g., Oracle Eloqua, Drupal, Marketo, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEM Rush, Excel). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends. Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. Understand search engine optimization and web publishing. Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbal communications. Attention to detail for proofreading and finding errors. Superior organizational skills. Natural curiosity, interest in analytical concepts and tools, and data-driven thinking for continuous improvement. Desire to research and enhance content and web experience.
