driving your career forward!Job Title:Marketing Communications ManagerPay Grade:P4Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesManage earned media opportunity process with editorial calendar tracking, approval flows and end-result reportingTrack global website domain ownership and renewal processFacilitate annual budget creation, purchase orders and outside service contracts required to support the marketing communications functionSupervise trademark registrations and develop internal process for requests and reporting with the legal departmentSupport editorial and design review process with internal customersDrafting and process flow management of global press releasesStrategic marketing communications planning and integration with regional marketing leaders across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia PacificSchedule and support outside services as needed (photography, facility tours, Meltwater, BusinessWire)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience is acceptable.Proficient understanding of business and management principles (budgeting, future planning, prioritizing resources)Ability to navigate in a corporate setting, using relationships, processes and proceduresAbility to handle multiple projects, lead with confidence and integrate with various business functionsAcute attention to detail and highly organizedStrong digital literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with project management toolsPassion and positive attitudeExperienceYou are a hardworking self-starter who continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes.
