Join us.Employee Communications ManagerAs an Employee Communications Manager, you'll craft communications that drive awareness and engagement in our people and culture programs. You'll also develop stories that showcase Expedia Group as a great place to work for current and prospective employees everywhere.With your sharp critical thinking, outstanding writing and editing, and impeccable planning skills, you'll have the opportunity to influence employee knowledge, sentiment, and behavior. If you have a hunger to tell great stories and a passion for creating an inclusive, engaging culture, this is the job for you.What you'll do:Write and edit content for our internal communication channels (think: newsletters, intranet articles, digital signage, etc.)Create and execute communication campaigns to promote HR programs, such as benefits enrollment, performance reviews, engagement surveys, etc.Develop and maintain editorial calendarsTrack metrics and report out successes and lessons learnedProvide communication counsel to internal partnersStay up to date on the latest employee communication trendsWho you are:5+ years of experience in employee communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment; experience in HR comms a plusOutstanding writing and editing skills, as well as familiarity with AP StyleAwareness of employee communication trends and/or current news and eventsAbility to adapt writing for various communication channels, including video, email, Slack, digital signageAbility to prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and solve problemsAbility to synthesize data into logical conclusions and recommendationsThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
