We're seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven marketing professional to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and potentially live events.
Position Summary
As our Marketing Manager you will lead digital marketing growth by crafting & executing campaigns (email, social, content) across all channels. Track results & collaborate with departments to achieve on-time, on-budget success. This is an in-house position that does not allow for remote office working.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing roles like marketing manager, brand manager, or marketing specialist.
At least 1 year of marketing experience in a business office setting.
Skills and Knowledge:
Marketing channels: Email marketing, PPC (pay-per-click advertising), SEM (search engine marketing), SEO (search engine optimization), SMS marketing, and social media marketing.
Content creation: Ability to develop content that attracts visitors to the company and its website.
Marketing data analysis: Experience in analyzing data from various sources like A/B testing, conversion rates, and campaign results.
Google Analytics: Working knowledge of this popular web analytics platform.
Tech savviness: Comfortable using and adapting to new marketing technologies and platforms.
Bonus points: Basic graphic design skills.
Communication and Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organization and time management abilities.
Professional demeanor and communication style.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
What We Offer for You
This is a full-time position.
The starting rate of pay range is $72,000-$80,000 DOE.
We offer health benefits and paid time off.
Our general hours of operations are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
May require occasional weekend work.
Occasional travel may be required.
