Analyze metrics and compile data for comprehensive monetization and business strategies for existing and emerging markets. Support and review product roadmaps, go-to-market, integration, and related plans to promote the sale of Microsoft technologies and identify growth opportunities. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in data-based strategy and project management.

SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires: four (4) years of experience Performing structure analyses to form data-driven solutions, and Translating quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable recommendations; and three (3) years of experience in Decomposing and solving business problems; Storytelling to land impact; Leading complex projects on expected timelines; Using data tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau and/or Excel); and Financial modeling.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSBRS17862a), in Redmond, WA, is $184,500 to $214,500.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
