iCapital is looking for a results-driven Platforms and Partner Marketing Lead to develop and execute strategies that enhance our partner relationships and drive mutual growth. This role emphasizes collaboration with Relationship Managers (RMs), Sales, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to create impactful co-marketing initiatives and manage key stakeholders in partner organizations.Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Create and implement partnership marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance brand visibility.Co-Marketing Management:
Design, launch, and optimize co-marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.External View and Experience:
Bring an external perspective to inform strategies and enhance partner offerings and programs.Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new partners.Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze partner engagement and market trends to refine strategies and report on key metrics.Content Creation:
Collaborate with content teams to develop promotional materials, case studies, and thought leadership content that highlight partner success stories.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with RMs, Sales, Business Development, and other teams to ensure alignment on partnership objectives and leverage insights to enhance partner offerings.Market Insights:
Stay abreast of industry trends and partner and competitor activities to inform our strategies.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is preferred12+ years of related experience including 4+ years in partnership marketing, preferably within the fintech, tech, or wealth management industryProven track record of developing and managing successful marketing strategies, plans, and campaignsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an expertise for building relationshipsProven success at marketing and execution planning. Adept at building integrated marketing plans and campaigns across multiple marketing disciplinesDirect experience interfacing with partners and a proven track record delivering growth and performance metricsExpertise in landing and coordinating cross-discipline marketing programs, editorial, and sales enablement programsExperience launching new products, programs, or activitiesExperience managing ambiguity and rapid change and able to demonstrate agility and risk-takingSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentThe base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $185,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together.
