At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you, please read on!THE JOBThis highly organized influencer marketing professional will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with the campaign planning and execution for Live Nation’s touring campaigns.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOReporting into the Senior Director of Influencer Marketing, this individual will be responsible for interfacing with hundreds of influencers with the goal of generating awareness and selling tickets to Live Nation tours. This individual will be involved across the entire campaign cycle ensuring influencers are briefed and equipped to create engaging content.This professional will:Source and pair potential influencers to Live Nation tours based on campaign parametersAssist in the planning and forecasting of potential campaignsConduct outreach to influencers with key offer terms of participationSupport whitelisting access setup with influencers to help facilitate the creation of social adsLead briefing calls with influencersWork with paid media teams to ensure campaigns are set up correctly with the relevant assets and placementsAssist with influencer onboarding to the Influencer Network to automate reporting and paymentLead the contract redlining process between influencer and internal teamsEnsure all legal agreements are fully executed and stored on central box folderHandle ticket fulfillment requests for influencersHandle on-site execution/influencer handling at concertsReport and analyze influencer campaigns and write case studies summarizing campaignsKeep track of influencers' posts by capturing and storing screen recordingsFacilitate timely influencer invoice paymentsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING3+ years of experience in social media or other relevant experienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or CommunicationsExperience with Creator IQ or similar CRM/management platformWillingness to travel to events for influencer handling/wranglingStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn basic formulas and functionsStrong written communicationStrong understanding of social media platforms and the latest trendsAbility to multi-task and communicate effectively with different levels of the organizationAbility to work efficiently under tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft SuiteUnderstanding of web analytics is a plusApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.BENEFITS & PERKSOur motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through 6 pillars of benefits:HEALTH:
