Analyze any available consumer data to advise on customer acquisition efficiency and engagement data, distinguishing how different marketing strategies influence customer behavior, and how customer engagement varies.
Analyze in-vehicle and streaming consumption data to understand consumer behavior and the impact to acquisition and retention.
Connect marketing initiatives to all other areas of the business, from financial health metrics such as retention and lifetime value, to omni-channel interaction – what customers are doing across channels like voice, messaging and more.
Build automated and scalable data reporting that solves business needs and answers questions proactively.
Partner with marketing and analytics teams to enable iterative testing and measurement of strategy effectiveness.
Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and other teams to answer key business questions and inform decision-making with data.
Create and maintain acquisition forecasts supporting finance in creating long- and short-range net-add budgets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering (Computer/Mechanical/Electrical)
Five years of post-Bachelor’s progressive experience in the position offered or as Manager, Senior Manager, or Senior Consultant
All required experience must have included:
Applying SQL to explore data suitable for analysis and interacting with data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, or Teradata)
Working with marketing and website analytics domains, including tracking and reporting capabilities
Applying statistics principles (experimental design) and general modeling techniques (regression) to perform data analytics
Utilizing business intelligence/reporting tool (Tableau, Looker, or Sisense)
Analyzing and manipulating data using Python, R, or another programming language
Hybrid Work:
This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York City office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
Salary:
$170,400-$180,250/year.
