This position requires extensive experience in consumer collection cases, both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, and creditor representation in bankruptcy cases. Handle consumer collection cases in state courtManage judicial and non-judicial foreclosuresRepresent creditors in bankruptcy casesAttend hearings in both state and federal courtsProvide comprehensive legal assessments and advice to clientsAdvocate for clients throughout the legal collection processRequirements:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experienceProven track record of handling hearings in state and federal courtsLicensed to practice law in Oregon and WashingtonStrong analytical and communication skillsHighly organized with solid personal and practice management skillsEducation:

JD from an accredited law schoolActive Bar membership in Oregon and WashingtonCertifications:

Licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington (required)Skills:

Strong advocacy and negotiation skillsExcellent analytical abilitiesClear, concise communication skillsExperience with case management in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collection mattersAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred Qualifications:
