Creditors' Rights Associate AttorneyPosition : Creditors' Rights Associate AttorneyExperience Level : 1-3 yearsLocation : Hybrid Remote (Pittsburgh, PA)Position Overview :We are seeking a diligent and motivated Creditors' Rights Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.Key Responsibilities :
Represent creditors in foreclosure, bankruptcy, collections, and related legal mattersDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to creditors' rights casesConduct research, review case files, and assess potential risks or defensesManage discovery processes, including interrogatories, depositions, and document productionCommunicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
Qualifications :
Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania1-3 years of experience in creditors' rights, foreclosure, collections, or bankruptcy lawStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
