Vice President of Marketing

- Full Time | Marietta, GABIOLYTE is looking for a competitive, brand obsessed marketing leader that is ready and capable to elevate and execute the next chapter of the BIOLYTE marketing strategy, settling BIOLYTE up as the undisputed leader in advanced rehydration! From analyzing the data, to creative ideation, to strategic execution, the successful candidate will lead all things marketing. The positions’ three primary responsibilities are as follows:

Analyze BIOLYTE’s customer behavior and insights to ensure all marketing efforts are crafted around building brand loyalty and trustBuild BIOLYTE’s marketing strategy to ensure every output drives customer loyalty and increases sales within BIOLYTE’s retail footprintCommunicate and report on all marketing efforts to BIOLYTE leadership and the broader BIOLYTE teamThis individual will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and manage the team members within the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

Analyze BIOLYTE’s customer behavior and insights to ensure all marketing efforts are crafted around building brand loyalty and trust

Collect and analyze internal and market data to understand BIOLYTE’s current and potential customer preferences, buying patterns, and emerging trendsCreate detailed customer segmentation profiles based on behavioral data, ensuring targeted marketing efforts that resonate with diverse customer groups and build long-term loyaltyImplement customer feedback mechanisms (surveys, reviews, focus groups, etc.) to learn about our customers and identify opportunities to enhance our customer experience across all channels

Build BIOLYTE’s marketing strategy to ensure every output drives customer loyalty and increases sales within BIOLYTE’s retail footprint

Work closely with the sales team, our retail partners, and our distributor partners to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring cohesive and aligned messaging across all sales channelsCreate and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with BIOLYTE’s brand values and customer preferences to drive both revenue and loyalty at retailManage outside marketing partners that include but are not limited to PR, e-tail, website, graphic design, etc.

Communicate and report on all marketing efforts to BIOLYTE leadership and the broader BIOLYTE team

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and team member performanceCompile and present detailed reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, highlighting key metrics and outliers (could include sales impact, customer engagement, ROI, etc.)Regularly update executive leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams on the status and outcomes of marketing efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals

Qualifications

Traits: Creative, Fantastic Listener, Dynamic Leader, Fun, Fast Paced, attention to detail, Competitive, Strategic thinker, Self starter.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field5+ years of relevant work experience required; agency experience is preferred5+ years of experience within CPG industry required; beverage experience preferredHigh level of curiosity about and familiarity with the marketplace, competitors, consumers, and marketing technologiesExperience developing campaigns that build awareness and support revenue growthAbility to lead with confidence, gain trust and influence amongst cross-functional peers, and facilitate critical thinking and problem-solvingExperience with creative software like Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software, etc.Proficiency with Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.Travel

Work in BIOLYTE’s Marietta office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; work remote Mondays and FridaysBenefits and Perks
