A space wrangler who can develop and execute clear, precise strategies and plans that push us into realms where we’ve never ventured. To do this, you’ll need to tie together our existing efforts, help us talk to our customers, and keep our branding consistent…all while upside down in zero gravity.At 2Barrels, we have a lot of specialists. You can show how you’ve led peopleYou can show how you’ve developed incredible managersYou can create precise visions and strategies and actually execute against themYou’ve overseen nine-figure annual marketing budgetsYou can talk to your customersYou have experience in SAAS or a subscription model with a digital productYou enjoy working with growth, sales, revenue, and productYou must live in or be willing to relocate to the inland northwest for a whileWe compete against soulless, corporate robots. They have massive budgets. You should be comfortable and familiar in how to use their soulless, corporate robot tendencies against them.We play the long game. We aren’t beholden to quarters and KPIs and investors needing returns or employees needing to cash our vested shares. What we seek here is to do great work and build a long-term, resilient, sustainable company that puts its employees and their lives ahead of work problems. We need someone comfortable scaling our marketing operations from a 250 person org to a 500 person org, which means your core competency is developing people.We’ve created a significant market-leading position in our markets and we forgot to talk to our customers. We would like to stay out front in our current verticals and begin going up against the next set of corporate robots in new verticals we are getting into.You’ll have plenty of resources, and a team of very skilled people. We’d love someone to help connect all the dots and help us elevate our work and work on what matters most. We need to connect all the dots though and fight off the soulless corporate robots. We already have five times the customers of anyone else. We want you to help us talk to the customers, continue solving their problems, and help us all get better at our jobs and our craft along the way.
