Collaborate with experts across brand, digital, and strategy, leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making, unlock new growth potential, and optimize our differentiating capabilities.Role OverviewThe Marketing Business Planning team supports the Corporate Marketing Organization through developing, managing, and evolving Marketing’s integrated business plan. To enable Marketing employees to contribute to, and own, the success of the business plan, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who can work hand-in-hand with key stakeholders to develop and foster a department-wide program, focused on the marketing specific skills, collaborative engagement, and educational efforts needed to enable marketing employees’ professional growth.What great looks like in this role:A goal-oriented problem solver who can conduct research and discovery to pitch and implement innovative programs that align to a broader strategy, in close partnership and alignment with ideas and feedback from internal teams, executive leaders, and outside vendors.You are eager and excited to personally engage with and listen to employees and partners in both in-person and remote settings, bringing energy, passion, and thoughtfulness to every interaction.You are an experienced and confident communicator, taking into consideration the channel (email, presentations, Zoom/Teams, casual chat), location (in-person or remote), and audience (1:1, team setting, department wide, etc.).What You’ll Do:Conduct discovery through research and collaboration with marketing leaders and corporate partners (e.g., HR, Corporate Communications) to determine the capabilities, skills, and growth opportunities needed to help the department achieve its business plan and objectives. Deeply understand the current state of the department’s culture, what is working, and where enhancements can be made to continue fostering a positive and engaging environment for both in-office and remote employees.Clearly articulate discovery insights, and use findings to pitch both ‘industry-norm’ and ‘out-of-the-box’ ideas for marketing specific programs, tactics, and outcomes that the department can implement (for both in-office and remote employees) to promote aspects such as (but not limited to): team building; employee recognition and rewards; engagement activities; educational, skill-building, and learning opportunities; certifications; employee well-being.With the support from peers and leaders, create and own the development, implementation, and evolution of a roadmap that drives all programs, tactics, and outcomes to fruition, accounting for measurable outcomes, feedback loops, and ongoing engagement/collaboration with partners. This may additionally include directly facilitating or partnering with subject matter experts to host workshops, learning sessions, and training opportunities to build business, technical, creative, and leadership skills within the department.With the support from peers and leaders, develop and maintain a comprehensive communication and messaging strategy to effectively and consistently cascade key information throughout the department to provide the necessary context to enhance decision-making and collaboration. This will require close collaboration with peers, executive marketing leaders and key stakeholders across the department and company.Administer key functional protocols that are critical to ensuring the department operates in an efficient and smooth manner. Activities may include (but are not limited to): drafting email announcements; technology set up for large meetings; agenda creation; deck facilitation.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Human Resources, and/or organizational development.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills (internal employees and third-party partner resources).Strong written and verbal communications, especially regarding public speaking, email communications, and PowerPoint presentation.Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with business leaders to influence at all levels of the organization.Self-starter, process-oriented, problem solver, ability to manage multiple efforts and balance work strategically.Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work in a deadline driven environment. Detail-oriented is a must.Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual events and communications.Pay TransparencySalary Range: $108,000 - $130,000Discretionary bonus eligible: YesActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
