We are looking for an Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The Marketing Coordinator position is a dynamic role focused on responding to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), as well as managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. This role supports our Marketing and Business Development Departments by crafting compelling responses to secure new business opportunities and maintaining customer and past project information.

Responsible for responding to RFQs, RFPs, and annual qualifications in a professional, organized and timely mannerDevelop case studies for proposals and marketing materialsLead kick-off meetings, coordinating participants, agendas, and deliverables.Prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent assignments to deliver materials that communicate clearly defined messages, quality, and branding, while meeting production and delivery deadlinesAttend weekly business development meetings and update meeting minutes as requiredCollaborate with the marketing team to maintain, update, and design proposal materialsAssist teams in preparing for project interviews and presentationsPrinting and organization of proposal and interview materialGenerate general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, and graphs as neededProvide backup support to members of the Business Development, Marketing, or Estimating teams as needed.Track past project data, leads, and opportunities and update and maintains the CRM databaseOther routine office-related functions may be requiredEssential Experience:
Associate degree, in business administration, marketing, or communications or 3-5 years' experience in marketing, sales/business development administration preferredTwo or more years of experience in the construction industry preferredProficient in Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign), Microsoft OfficeExperience with data managementExcellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skillsWork requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materialsAbility to multi-task, collaborate, be self-motivated, and organizedExcellence in proposal writing and editing, communication, and correspondenceMust be enthusiastic, creative, humorous, detail-oriented, motivational, flexible, and professional.
