Overview:This role will present (in-person and virtually) an overview of (and answer questions about) a unique employee benefit.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain partnerships across cross-functional stakeholders, internal and external partnersMaintain weekly/bi-weekly forums across various different teams to help align all the initiativesWork collaboratively with various different stakeholders to determine new use cases for untapped marketing channels and gapsCampaign strategy/project managementPartner with various different stakeholders to align and drive lifecycle touchpoint with a multi-product/multi-channel lens. Includes but not limited to campaign strategy, targeting, experimentation, and audience messagingPartner with international team leads on global and local campaignsDesign & build requirements and specifications for various different communication campaigns/ automated programsPartner with analytics to enhance actionable strategies that will increase effectiveness against marketing goalsAnalyze and share out marketing performance results with stakeholdersProject manage all the initiatives to help operationalize and execute
Qualifications:
Strong presentation delivery skillsExcellent communication skills with partners and stakeholdersAbility to track and analyze data reflecting the impact of the workEvent-based project management experience is an advantageFlexibility to adapt plans in response to dependency changesAbility to travel more than 75% of time - domestic travel, TBD on specifics but it will be cities across the USPresent using KeynoteCollaborate on files using BoxSimple analysis using Numbers or Excel.
Skills:
Experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success achieving growth goals of user engagement, retention, and transactions.Experience leading lifecycle or affiliate marketing programs, ideally for an e-commerce platform.Independent strategic thinker with the ability to lead the development and cross-functional digital marketing campaigns and programs to support various lines of transactional businesses.Ability to consolidate and articulate a strategy for executive buy-in and alignment.Track record of success in developing, testing, and optimizing marketing channels such as push notification, online, email and in-app messaging marketing tactics.Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, tracking program performance, and testing results.Experience working globally with international markets and ability to collaborate with international marketing colleagues to craft optimal marketing programs that reflect regional market opportunities and customer differences.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organizationAbility to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projectsResults-oriented, detailed, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed
