All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.Description:Markon is seeking a senior graphic designer to support our Intelligence Customer.Responsibilities:Develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia productsUtilize request management tools to provide swift, high quality customer support for communication requestsCoordinate with UI/UX designer in Knowledge Management, to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user friendly experienceCreate graphic designs for a variety of written and digital productsDevelop design concepts and implement designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented onlineEnsure products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearancesConduct technical quality checksManage an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principlesProvide Cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference mapsQualifications:18 years of experience with a BS or 10 years of experience with a MSDemonstrated experience leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia productsExperience with front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSSExperience with photography and video editingExperience creating graphics products that provide an engaging and user friendly experienceExperience creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital productsExperience developing design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented onlineExperience ensuring products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearancesExperience conducting technical quality checksSalary Range:

USD $135,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
