The

Senior CRM Marketing Manager

is an integral part of the performance marketing team tasked with continuously owning our email and SMS programs. This role is for someone with a strong analytical or technical background who is eager to leverage data to drive advanced segmentation & create personalized cross-channel experiences at scale. This individual will be responsible for managing the deployment and reporting for all email programs (scheduled, triggered, and automated), and will lead the creation of actionable, data-driven insights across all aspects of our email program. They will also work with a team of creatives to bring insights on performance to the creative development process. This role will report to the Head of Engagement and VP of Digital Marketing.

ResponsibilitiesOwn the deployment of all email campaignsscheduled, triggered, and automatedfrom building to QA to post-deployment deliverability reporting.Launch & own SMS marketing strategy & execution, including on and off-site list growth strategiesOwn retention reporting across all platforms (e.g. Looker, Iterable) to support broader marketing reporting efforts.Conduct analysis on campaign performance that drives improvements to the email program,Support planning & execution of A|B tests and apply learnings across the email program.Support the email calendar creation process and ensure alignment with A|B testing roadmap.Own the creative briefing, review, and approval process for email and ensure consistency with our brand guidelines.Stay current with industry trends, identify opportunities, and implement new features and approaches to improving our email program.You have

5-8 + years of email or SMS marketing experience, including all aspects from planning through deployment to reportingAt least 2 -3 years of testing a roadmap for email marketing.Experience with automated marketing campaigns, including all technical aspects of triggers and workflows/journeysVery strong skills in Excel or equivalent programs, SQL, and/or data science experience is a plusFamiliarity with multiple ESPs, with a preference for IterableExceptional organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented, and have a passion for processA highly analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skillsA strong understanding of platform native analytics tools (e.g, Iterable, Google Analytics) and BI visualization tools (e.g. Looker)Experience working with creative teams, writing briefs, copy, and providing creative feedbackProficiency with Google Suite and experience with project management tools like JIRA is a plusComfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and continually evolving environmentExperience with managing a small team
