Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing, Americas, will be a member of Carestream Dental's (CSD) Imaging division with direct responsibility for the Carestream Dental and Swissmeda brand portfolios within the U.S., Canada & Latin America. This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives that will drive brand awareness and lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue. This role will oversee all aspects of local brand and portfolio management, innovation commercialization, integrated marketing campaigns and communications. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who has the ability to think strategically, yet act tactically, and has experience leading brands and teams.
This position will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing and will work closely with cross functional colleagues, direct reports, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan and ensure its tactical execution. Drive demand creation leveraging appropriate digital and traditional marketing channels (web, social, SEO/SEM ) to increase brand awareness and consideration/trial, resulting in increased customer leads and higher conversion rates. Manage the brand/product portfolio with a focus on strengthening brand identity and delivering a compelling and differentiated value proposition for each CSD solution set. Spearhead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, media, and commercial channels. Oversee internal resources and external agencies tasked with creating effective content and campaigns. Successfully deliver Innovation to the market: Collaborate closely with Upstream Product Marketing, Global Marketing, and Sales to align resources and create strong regional product launch strategies and GTM planning. Develop communication/advertising plans and track and review performance KPIs. Lead and mentor a lean team of marketing professionals to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and results delivery in a dynamic, private equity Work in close partnership with the Sales team and Commercial Leadership to identify market needs and growth opportunities and provide support with the development of messaging and collateral. Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer segments to drive strategic decision making, capture market opportunity, and devise a strategic go-to-market (GTM) approach. Oversee and recommend appropriate participation/prioritization strategy, messaging, and marketing support for: Key opinion leader (KOL) engagement and utilization, Courses & Webinars, Trade Shows & Conferences, Publications, and other events. Create and report on effective KPIs, recommending changes if targets are not being met. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuing efficient management of resources for maximum ROI. Required Skills:
Experience creating marketing strategies, plans, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. Expertise in project management and ensuring teams meet timelines and budget objectives. Experience with innovation and driving downstream commercialization and planning. Brand management and building- developing a consistent voice and style. Proven track record of working cross-functionally and driving cross-functional groups to alignment/action. High-energy, self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast paced, complex, and demanding environment. Strong overall management and leadership skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Ability and desire to think strategically, yet roll up sleeves and get things done tactically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and understanding of importance of communication. Digital and social marketing experience Prior experience working at a Global company a plus. Prior experience working with KOL programs a plus. Marketo and Showpad knowledge/experience a plus. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA Ten plus years of relevant work and marketing experience. At least 5 years of management experience. Experience in medical device and/or dental company preferred. Additional Information:
Remote, Full time Must be located within the United States
Able to work within EST 8a.m.-5p.m. hours to best coordinate with cross functional international teams
Willingness to travel (up to 20% of time), when needed, to tradeshows and other events/meetings
