Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.The Role The Director, Partnership Marketing is responsible for defining a marketing support model for both product-driven and sales-driven partnerships to accelerate demand creation and drive growth. This role will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, partnering with key stakeholders across marketing: Product marketing, Segment marketing, and Brand to create marketing assets and inform integrated marketing campaigns that tell the Zelis partnership stories in exciting ways. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, deep partnership experience, and a track record of marketing partnerships that deliver results.Responsibilities
Partner with both the enterprise and business unit partnership business development teams to define channel marketing goals, priorities, and investments that fully align with business objectives.In conjunction with business and BU product leads, negotiate the marketing of partnerships that elevate the brand and expand our audience.Partner with the legal teams to define the contractual language for GTM strategies.Define and formalize the Zelis channel marketing planning process, including governance and integration with enterprise planning, marketing, and sales. Refine and optimize marketing plans on a quarterly basis.Define a three-to-five-year marketing strategy, aligned to the product, go-to-market, and marketing long-term plan.Establish partnership positioning, develop go-to-market strategy, and maintain oversight of creative development and execution.Author strategic partner marketing briefs that leverage data, insights, and channel strategies to influence the creation of relevant buyer/user-facing marketing programs and experiences.Partner with the product marketing team to develop sales enablement assets.Partner across marketing to incorporate partnerships into Brand and demand activation.Partner with the segment marketing team to define how partnership value propositions are incorporated into segment targeted programs.Partner with the events marketing team to identify speaking opportunities at industry events.Establish the best practice for partnership marketing measurement; responsible for defining clear goals and partnership program KPIs.Your Background:
10+ years of successful and progressive work experience in B2B marketing; most recently partnership or product marketing.Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and influence skills.Experience in translating insights into effective partnership marketing strategies.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Critical thinker capable of producing applied insights and problem-solving.Self-starter and quick learner.Agile, able to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.Experience with product marketing methodologies and best practices.Familiarity with healthcare industry and provider landscape a strong plus.Experience with electronic payments solutions a plus.Ability to travel as needed, not exceeding 25%.EDUCATION:
