Design, test, implement, and continuously refine data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that make a mark.Content Maestro: Manage content creation, marketing agencies, and our marketing budget with meticulous detail and unwavering passion. Your content will captivate, engage, and convert.Mentor and Inspire: Coach high-performing Growth Marketing Associates, facilitating their success, career growth, and job satisfaction. Your guidance will build the next generation of marketing stars.Global Expansion Advocate: Support the international launch and growth of our new products and market entries, particularly in our industrial and clean energy business segments. Your strategies will drive our global footprint.Brand Champion: Own and elevate our brand, ensuring it is vibrant, differentiated, and evolving. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, sales, the executive team, operations, and talent and culture to keep our brand ahead of the curve.Event Excellence: Represent and enhance our brand at major international industry events like Wind Energy Hamburg, Intersec, IMTS, and RE+. Your presence will make waves and foster invaluable connections.Internal Advocate: Support internal and cultural initiatives needing marketing magic. Ensure these efforts shine on social media, reflecting our vibrant company culture.What you’ll bring to the teamExceptional Communicator and Collaborator: Your ability to convey ideas clearly and work seamlessly with diverse teams is second to none.Ambitious Leader: You’re as driven by your career growth as you are by developing young talent.Data Enthusiast: Data analysis, data-driven decision-making, and data presentation are your playground.
